Take phone with the text or take printed ticket that you received on e-mail.Important: Take the identifing document that you have chosen during purchasing ticket - it will be verified by bus driver. If you bought ticket with discount make sure that you have a document authorizing the discount.

No. You get a ticket via SMS (2 messages) and, in the event of loss, you can, after logging on to e-podróżnik.pl, send the ticket again (up to 2 times).
If you have reserved ticket, but for some reason you have not completed transaction (you have not paid), just search for that connection again and make a reservation. If there is no more free places for internet sale for this connection, wait 30 minutes - after that system will automatically cancel tickets you have previously reserved and add them to available tickets pool.
If you booked your ticket by telephone, but for some reason you have not paid for it (not done the transfer), then, after the expiry of the payment deadline, the ticket booking will be cancelled by the system and the ticket will be returned to the pool of available tickets. You can re-buy tickets by phone or via Internet.

If you bought a ticket but you could not take the bus because of carrier's fault, please contact our customer service under telephone number +48 12 399 44 10 interior 2 or send us complaint via e-mail to address firstname.lastname@example.org - we will contact carrier on your behalf and take care of situation.

If you want to check if ticket can be returned after succesful purchase log in to your account (if you have an account) or enter Ticket Number then click „Cancel the ticket” - if return is impossible you will be informed with appropriate message.
If return is possible, a window will pop up where you have to choose which ticket you want to return and type bank account number where money will be transfered. In accordance with regulations we have 14 working days to return money.
If you want to change departure date (you want take the very same course ran by the same carrier at the same time but on different day), you have to check if for that cours it is possible. To do this, log in to your account (if you have an acoount) or enter Ticket Number then click "Change departure date" and follow the instructions on the screen. No. We provide parallel reservation and sale of the tickets. User receives paid ticket via SMS or e-mail.
Each user when buying the ticket must make a payment at the time of 30 minutes. This is due to the fact that after the approval of the correctness of data on the ticket system removes as many tickets as you reserved from the pool of all available places for that course. If the pool of available seats will be empty, no other user will be able to purchase a ticket for this course. If payment is not madewithin 30 minutes tickets go back to the pool of available seats, giving other users the possibility to reserve seat(s).
Anyone purchasing tickets via the phone receives an SMS or email informing of the date and time until when we must receive payment for the booked ticket. This time and date is scheduled in accordance to the payment method chosen by the user during the telephone booking. If payment is not made within the set period, the booked tickets return back to the pool of available tickets, giving other users the possibility to purchase them.
Prices of bus tickets sold on our site are determined by the carriers. Currently, most carriers sell tickets on the site e-podróżnik.pl with the same prices at which tickets are sold over the counter at the station and at the bus driver but carriers may also sell tickets at different prices, specially for tickets prepared for sale on the internet.
Invoice is issued for every customer as a physical person. If you want an invoice issued for a company check „I request VAT invoice” during purchase process and fill in data required. Invoice will be sent to an e-mail address. You can also download it from our service after purchase. To do this, log in to your account (if you have an account) or enter Ticket Number then click „Send invoice duplicate”.
Transaction fee is charged by Teroplan S.A., the owner of e-podroznik.pl website. It is not charged by a carrier so that it does not constitute the part of ticket’s price.
From April 2, 2013 we removed commercials from our portal, what made it a lot more user-friendly and significantly increased the speed of pages reading-in. Commercials were annoying for users, and incomes coming from them were not sufficient to maintain the quality of the service, therefore these incomes were replaced by the transaction fee. Currently at development of the service works more than 50 people. Remember that e-podroznik.pl is not only a website, but also the application on mobile devices and the call centre. The introduction of the transaction fee will permit you to use our search engine for free, without no restrictions and also the navigation in the public transport on mobile devices will ensure that during use of these products you will not be harassed with commercials, and the system will work fluently and will be friendly for you. Additionally, because of introducing the transaction fee, we liquidated the charge for delivering the ticket with SMS.
Yes. If the given station runs a ticket sales on the road on which you plan to buy the ticket, then you can buy a ticket on this station not bearing the transaction fee. If there is a possibility to buy a ticket in a bus, you can of course buy it there without transaction fee. But remember that there is a risk that there will be no free places in a bus. To find out whether on the given route tickets are sold on the station or at the driver, contact with the carrier serving given connection. You can buy a ticket without transaction fee through our call centre, number 703 402 802, cost: 2,58 PLN gross/minute.
The transaction fee is charged from the amount of the transaction (gross) and is 10% gross, but no more than 5 PLN gross.
